A full mouth dental rehabilitation is the most involved and complex procedure in dentistry. It combines the treating doctor’s skills in Occlusion, Diagnosis, Restorative Dentistry, Oral Surgery, Implantology and Prosthetics. If there’s a shortfall in any one area, the entire treatment and result could suffer.

This unique and complex treatment involves preserving, rebuilding and/or replacing all of a patient’s teeth to restore oral health, good function in eating and speech as well as a beautiful smile. Levels of complexity vary from case to case due to differences in how the ailments resulted. Dental disease, including gum problems and decay, multiple tooth extractions (sometimes at a very young age), can lead to shifting of other teeth and collapse of bite alignment, congenital misalignment, severe Bruxism (tooth grinding and clenching) and traumatic injury are all base causes of how the mouth issues get to this point.

Expertise and Experience

Lakeside Center for Implant Dentistry has decades of experience treating all of these maladies combined with the latest treatment protocols, equipment and laboratory devices for delivering stunning results in amazingly short treatment times.

Our dental practice has extensive implant and reconstructive experience in full mouth procedures. Dr Alan Robinson has over 12-years of minimally invasive implant placement experience and was Michigan’s first Dentist certified as a Diplomate with the International Academy of Mini Dental Implants. He currently lectures nationally and internationally on the subject of minimally invasive implants and is on the consulting staff with Henry Ford Macomb Hospital. The Lakeside Difference

Our practice differs from the “implant chains” in that we customize patient treatments to fit their exact needs. There’s no “one size fits all” or cookie cutter approach. In fact, it’s our goal to NEVER extract a healthy, repairable natural tooth. Our Implantologist, Dr Alan Robinson, believes that God-Given healthy natural teeth are a very tough act to follow. And, if you think that a superior treatment will take longer or cost more, it’s important to know that Lakeside’s treatment completion times are faster, more comfortable and typically half the cost of others.
